So for the past while I've been working on my own portfolio website and on Friday I finally bought my own domain and webspace for it.
aldercass.com is now online, though the site itself is incomplete. I'll be working on it more when I have time from college.
In other news, Adobe CS5 is now available so I installed the master collection and it was rather underwhelming. No huge upgrades since CS4 as far as I can tell. I was most interested in the new Content Aware Fill feature and new HDR system in Photoshop but both turned out to be somewhat disappointing. Oh well. Plus I'm currently running windows in 32-bit so I wasn't able to install After Effects or Premiere, both of which I use quite a bit, so once college is over for the year I'll reinstall windows in 64-bit so I can have everything. I just don't like having outdated software.
